The TLP241A and TLP241AF photorelay consist of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light emitting
diode. They are housed in a 4-pin DIP package. They provide an isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms, making them
suitable for applications that require reinforced insulation.
