1 General description
The 74HC9115 is a 9-bit buffer with Schmitt trigger inputs and open drain outputs. Inputs
include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs
to voltages in excess of V

. Schmitt trigger inputs transform slowly changing input
signals into sharply defined jitter-free output signals.

Latch-up performance exceeds 100 mA per JESD 78 Class II Level B
