currents. Actual device lifetimes will also depend on junction temperature. Refer to the lifetime derating curves (available from
Luminus) for further information.
Note 2: In pulsed operation, rise time from 10 to 90% of forward current should be larger than 0.5 microseconds.
Note 3: Sustained operation at Maximum Operating Junction Temperature (T

) will result in reduced device life time.
