monolithicintegratedcircuit.Thiscircuitincorporatesaphotodiode,alinearamplierandaSchmitriggeronasingle
siliconchip.Formaximumlongtermstability,boththediodeandth
ePhotologic®sensor
arehermecallysealedin
separatepackagesandthenmountedinahighdielectricplaschousing.
ThisdevicefeaturesTTL/LSTTLcompablelogicleveloutputthatcandriveupto8TTLloadsdirectlywithoutaddional
circuitry.Alsofeaturedaremediumspeeddataratesto250
KBit/s,withtypicalriseandfallmesof70nanoseconds.*UL
