Each individual capacitor should be subjected to a
5kV impulses for three times. Then the capacitors
are applied to life test.
The capacitors are placed in a circulating air oven
For a period of 1000 h.
The air in the oven is maintained at a temperature
of 125+2/-0 C, and relative humidity of 50% max..
Throughout the test, the capacitors are subjected
to a AC425V(r.m.s.)<50/60Hz> alternating voltage
of mains frequency, except that once each hour
the voltage is increased to AC1000V(r.m.s.)
for 0.1 s.
Post-treatment : Capacitor should be stored for 1 to
2 h at * room condition.
