Encoder Orientation
The AEDR-8320 is designed such that both the LED and detector IC should be placed parallel to the window/bar
orientation, as shown. As such, the encoder is tolerant against radial play of ± 0.20 mm. The emitter side should be
placed closer to the rotating shaft.
