Bourns Releases Ultra-Small 0201 SMD Package TVS Diode
Model CD0201-T20C
Riverside, California - November 16, 2016 - Bourns is pleased to announce the release of the new,
ultra-small 0201 SMD package Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode, Model CD0201-T20C.
The Model CD0201-T20C is a bidirectional, fast turn-on, low clamping voltage TVS diode.
The Bourns® Model CD0201-T20C is compliant to IEC 61000-4-2 Contact Discharge ±20 kV ESD
rating with an ultra-small 0201 SMD package for applications where the operating voltage is 20 V
and below.
