MATERIALS
1. INSULATION SLEEVE: Heat-shrinkable, transparent clear, radiation cross-linked modified polyolefin high density.
2. SOLDER PREFORM WITH FLUX:
SOLDER: TYPE Sn63 per ANSI-J-STD-006.
FLUX: TYPE ROM1 per ANSI-J-STD-004.
APPLICATION
1. These parts are designed to attach braided ground straps to the gross shield of a cable or a shielded backshell adapter, rated
for 125C minimum, meeting the dimensional criteria listed, and having tin, silver or nickel plated parts.
2. Temperature range: -55C to +135C. Install using Raychem-approved convection heating tools.
For best results, prepare the cable as shown:
