GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The DS4000 digitally controlled temperature-compen-
sated crystal oscillator (DC-TCXO) features a digital
temperature sensor, one fixed-frequency temperature-
compensated square-wave output (F

), one
programmable temperature-compensated square-
wave output (F

), and digital communication for
frequency tuning (SDA, SCL).
