Ultra-compact, high-performance driver for 2-level, 3-level and
multilevel converters
Abstract
The SCALE plug-and-play driver 1SD418F2-FZ1200R33KL2C is an ultra-
compact single-channel intelligent gate driver designed for Infineon’s high-
voltage IGBTs of type FZ1200R33KL2C. The driver features a fiber-optic
interface, a built-in DC/DC power supply and a selectable operating mode via
a jumper.
