DESCRIPTION
UPG2031TQ
NEC's UPG2031TQ is an L-band SP3T GaAs FET switch for
CDMA/PCS/GPS triple mode digital cellular telephone appli-
cations. The device can operate from 500 MHz to above 2.0
GHz, with low insertion loss and high linearity.
