Digi’s XBee-PRO DigiMesh 2.4 range extender is used to create
or expand a wireless DigiMesh network. This easy-to-use
network extender acts as a routing node, providing users with
expanded network range and adding redundancy to a mesh
network.
DigiMesh is an innovative, peer-to-peer networking protocol
that increases stability by forming self-healing, self-discovering
mesh networks. DigiMesh features dense network operation
and support for sleeping routers, extending the operational life
of battery dependent networks.
