Small-signal Trench MOSFETs in WLCSP: Nexperia Small-signal Trench MOSFETs product offering includes low-voltage N- and P-Channel Trench MOSFETs in an ultra-small 4 or 6 bump Wafer Level Chip-Size Package (WLCSP). Available in a single or dual configuration, these MOSFETs have a low-threshold voltage of ≤20V and provide >2kV HBM ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection. The Nexperia Small-signal Trench MOSFETs are designed to meet the requirements of portable applications with low-drive voltages. These applications include battery switches, high-speed line drivers, high-side load switches, switching circuits, and relay drivers.
