The current is less than claimed, up to 1,5, but not 2, except that install the radiator

The device is not bad, on the input and output voltage corresponds to the description, but on the current-at 2a (without a radiator) i "flew" power polevik (break short), "autopsy" showed that the source was not lost throughout the area but at one point, which obviously led to its overheating. The seller of the kid is normal, did not argue, returned 2 bucks. When replacing the field, the working capacity of the device was restored.

The ISOFACE ISO1H8xxG isolated 8-channel high-side driver is intended for driving any kind of resistive, inductive, or capacitive load, addressing the exact requirements in industrial automation systems, such as Programmable Logic Controllers, Distributed Control Systems, and Industrial PCs. With complete system integration of the digital interface, coreless transformer, and power stage, these Infineon ICs can be directly connected between the microcontroller and independent power loads. The Infineon ISOFACE ISO1H8xxG eliminates the need for external drivers and optocouplers.
