Blue Gecko Bluetooth® Low Energy SoCs
Silicon Labs Blue Gecko Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) SoCs add BLE connectivity to IoT devices with an energy-efficient ARM® Cortex®-M4 based wireless Bluetooth chip. These SoCs help to develop powerful applications with up to 1MB flash and 32-bit ARM cortex-M4 MCU. The Blue Gecko BLE SoCs offer an extended range with an integrated power amplifier which delivers up to 19dBm output power. These devices also minimize power consumption with fast MCU wake up times, autonomous operation of peripherals, and low energy modes. The Blue Gecko SoCs deliver 2x increase in throughput and 4x increase in range with Bluetooth 5 compatibility.

The single-die solution provides industry-leading energy efficiency. The SoCs feature ultrafast wakeup times, a scalable power amplifier and an integrated balun. Typical applications include IoT sensors and end devices, health and wellness, home and building automation, accessories, human interface devices, metering, commercial and retail lighting.
