CDDFN10-3324P Surface Mount TVS Diode Arrays: Bourns Model CDDFN10-3324P is a Surface Mount TVS Diode array designed for high-speed communication port applications. This device is housed in a DFN-10 package and combines a 3.3V TVS diode with eight steering diodes to provide ESD protection to IEC 61000-4-2 (Level 4) for four high-speed data lines. CDDFN10-3324P TVS Diode array has an ultra-low capacitance of 0.04pF between input/output lines.

CDDFN10-0516P Surface Mount TVS Diode Arrays: Bourns CDDFN10-0516P Series Surface Mount TVS Diode Array provides ESD protection for high-speed data ports and meets IEC 61000-4-2 (Level 4) requirements. The Transient Voltage Suppressor array protects up to six data lines, offering USB 3.1 compatible Working Peak Reverse Voltages of: 5V (one line)3.3V (two lines)2.2V (four lines) The DFN10 packaged device has a 0.02pF typical capacitance between I/O lines. The CDDFN10-0516P can be used for protecting sensitive components used on high-speed interfaces. The small footprint of the device allows for flow-through routing on the PCB, helping to maintain matched impedances of the high-speed data lines.

CDDFN10 TVS Diode Arrays: Bourns CDDFN10 TVS Diode Arrays provide ESD protection for high speed data ports and meets IEC 61000-4-2 (Level 4) requirements. TVS Diodes: Bourns surface mount TVS diodes are low capacitance devices that provide ESD, EFT, and surge protection for external ports of electronic devices such as cellular phones, handheld electronics and other portable electronic devices. Bourns TVS Diodes include smaller chip diodes that have the capability to provide a silicon diode with minimal packaging overhead. The chip diodes 0603, 1005, 1408, and 2010 are leadless, allowing for maximum space on PCB layouts. All Bourns diodes are RoHS compliant and meet many worldwide industry and government regulations on lead free components. TVS package diode design kits are also available from Bourns.
