HMC941A 5-Bit Digital Attenuators
Analog Devices HMC941A 5-Bit Digital Attenuators are broadband GaAs IC digital attenuators covering the 0.1 to 33GHz range with a typical insertion loss of less than 4dB. The devices feature attenuator bit values of 0.5 (LSB), 1, 2, 4, and 8dB for a total attenuation of 15.5dB. HMC941A delivers excellent attenuation accuracy with a ±0.3dB typical step error and an IIP3 of 45dBm. HMC941A’s five control voltage inputs, which can toggle between +5V and 0V, select each attenuation state.
