MOSFET & IGBT Gate Drivers: STMicroelectronics MOSFET & IGBT Gate Drivers are a portfolio of discrete devices for industrial, consumer, computer and automotive applications. The portfolio offers a range spanning from single- to half-bridge and multiple-channel drivers. The drivers are rated for either low- or high-voltage (up to 1500V) applications. ST also offers galvanically-isolated gate driver ICs for safety and functional requirements. System-in-Package (SiP) solutions integrate high- and low-side gate drivers and MOSFET-based power stages. This makes them ideal for the industrial market with higher levels of integration and lower development costs.

STMicroelectronics L6491 4A Gate Driver: STMicroelectronics L6491 High-Voltage High and Low-Side 4A Gate Driver is a single-chip half-bridge gate driver with high-voltage. The L6491 is an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBTmanufactured with BCD6 "OFF-LINE" technology. The high-side floating section can withstand a voltage rail up to 600V. The logic inputs are CMOS/TTL compatible down to 3.3V for easy interfacing of a microcontroller/DSP. For fast protection against overcurrent and overtemperature, an integrated comparator is available.

Motor Drivers: STMicroelectronics Motor Drivers are a wide range of motor drivers covering the requirements of brushed DC motors, stepper motors, and brushless DC motors. The drivers are offered in an extensive range of voltage and current ratings. STSPIN motor drivers embed all the functions needed to drive motors efficiently. This is achieved with high accuracy and includes an advanced motion profile generator.
