P9221-R 15W Qi Wireless Charging Receiver: Integrated Device Technology P9221-R 15W Qi Wireless Receiver is a highly-integrated, power receiver designed for wireless charging applications. The integrated, low-RDS(ON) synchronous rectifier and ultra-low-dropout regulator offer high-efficiency, making the product ideal for battery-operated designs. The P9221-R also features an over-voltage protection scheme that eliminates the need for additional capacitors generally required by other receivers, minimizing the external component count and cost.

Qi-Compatible Wireless Power Products: IDT (Integrated Device Technology) Qi-Compatible Wireless Power Products are integrated and advanced wireless power solutions for magnetic inductance-based applications. These solutions transfer power between two coils that are placed in close proximity to each other, but that can be separated by non-interfering materials. The wireless charging technology facilitates the ubiquitous deployment of charging "hot spots" that enables charging of devices by simply placing them on a surface. The Qi-compatible wireless products include a true single-chip wireless power transmitter IC and a multi-mode capable single-chip wireless power receiver IC.
