This technology is used to minimize on-state resistance and to provide superior switching performance. Features include fast switching, low gate charge (typical 4.0nC), low Crss (typical 3.0pF), and improved dv/dt capability. The FQP2N40_F080 MOSFET is suitable for high-efficiency switched mode power supplies, active power factor correction, and electronic lamp ballasts.
