The formulae for setting the constants in the examples of
the application circuits above are as follows :
Constant current (100%) setting
When VREF = 1.5 V

= 1.5 V / 5 / 0.22 Ω = 1.36 A
Chopping frequency setting
Fchop = Ichop / (Cchop × Vtchop × 2)
= 10 μA / (200pF × 0.5 V × 2) = 50 kHz
Timer latch time when the output is shortcircuited
Tcem = Ccem × Vtcem / Icem
= 100 pF × 1 V / 10 μA = 10 μs
