Test 1: The following inputs remain steady at VCC or GND state to minimize Sleep current: A0-A2, D0-D7, IOR#, IOW#,
CS#. Also, RX input must idle at HIGH while asleep. For Power-Save, the UART internally isolates all of these inputs (ex-
cept the modem inputs and Reset pins) therefore eliminating any unnecessary external buffers to keep the inputs steady.
