1 Introduction
The M53015 Evaluation Board (EVB) is based on the V3
ColdeFire Core. This board is shipped with the
MCF53015CMJ240J 256 pin map BGA populated to
allow for the evaluation of the full functionality of this
part.
This board was designed as a validation platform with
maximum flexibility. Where possible we've also
designed for power and speed but the primary goal of this
system was flexibility.
