TSV99x/TSV99xA Operational Amplifiers
STMicroelectronics TSV99x/TSV99xA Operational Amplifiers are a family of single, dual, and quad operational amplifiers that offers low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output. These devices feature an excellent speed/power consumption ratio, offering a 20MHz gain-bandwidth, stable for gains above 4 (100 pF capacitive load), while consuming only 1.1mA maximum at 5V. They also feature an ultra-low input bias current. These characteristics make the TSV99x/TSV99xA family ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-supplied and portable applications, as well as active filtering.

Precision Op Amps
STMicroelectronics Precision Op Amps (<50 MHz) feature micropower consumption, zero-drift, rail-to-rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage and low input bias current. This micropower op amp portfolio has consumption as low as 2µA with space-saving packages like DFN, QFN, SOT-23 and SC-70.
