STMicroelectronics' TN2540-12G, TN4050-12PI, and TN6050-12PI SCR series are a 25 A, 40 A, and 60 A 1200 V range of thyristors rated at a 125°C TJ. Used in control rectifier bridges, current limiters, AC relays in UPS, or as HV crowbar protection for SMPS, it perfectly suits compact equipment such as solid state relays, bypass functions, or motor starter/control. Low IGT and high surge immunity leads to excellent performance.
