The N-Channel MOSFETs have a low On-Resistance (RDS) range of 0.012-8.0Ω, and a high voltage version up to 800V. The N-Channel Medium Power and Small Signal MOSFETs have an operating and storage temperature of -55ºC to +150ºC.
