The M41T62LC6F integrated RTC/crystal measures only 3.2mm x 1.5mm and offer ultra-low power consumption. The STMicroelectronics M41T62LC6F RTC is ideally suited to the needs of battery-power designs. By operating at low voltages from 1.3V to 4.4V, this RTC can be driven directly from a Li-ion battery and draws only 350nA.
