EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SELLER. 8 out of 11 orders did not arrive. The seller repeatedly refused my request to extend buyer protection and after the orders timed out they said I should have asked them to extend buyer protection and that it was now too late for them to do anything. They repeatedly asked me to be patient and wait longer and check the local post office for the orders and eventually it was too late to open a dispute or even leave feedback on some orders. They are very rude and have no consideration for their customers. I gave them many opportunities to address the issues but they were not interested in customer service or fulfilling their obligation. I doubt that they even sent the orders.
