The Silicon Labs Si84xx ISOpro digital isolator family features the industry's widest channel count with up to 6 channels in a single package, the highest data rate (up to 150 Mbps), lowest power (<1.4 mA per channel @ 1 Mbps), and highest ESD immunity (4 kV HBM, 400 V MM). These new Silicon Labs ISOpro digital isolator devices are I2C compatible with bi-directional isolated channels on both the serial data (SDA) and serial clock (SCL) lines.
