STD2NK100Z / STD40NF10 Power MOSFETs: STMicroelectronics STD2NK100Z Zener-protected SuperMESH™ power MOSFET and the STD40NF10 STripFET™ II power MOSFET feature exceptional dv/dt capability and minimized gate charge. The STD2NK100Z also features very low intrinsic capacitances. These STMicroelectronics power MOSFETs are optimized for use in switching applications.
