3A EZBuck™ Synchronous
Buck Regulator
General Description
The AOZ1253 is a high efficiency, low quiescent
current and simple to use 3A synchronous buck
regulator. This device operates from 4.5V to 26V
input voltage range and provides up to 3A of
continuous output current with an adjustable output
voltage down to 0.6V.
The AOZ1253 is offered in the Exposed Pad SO-8
package which is rated over a -40°C to +85°C
ambient temperature range.
