PM8834 High Current Dual Low Voltage Driver: The STMicroelectronics PM88334 high current dual low voltage driver is a flexible high frequency dual low side driver specifically designed to work with high capacitive LV & HV MOSFETs and IGBTs. The PM8834 was developed using the latest BCD technology to deliver a high current driver in a small package. Both PM8834 outputs can sink and source 4A current independently.
