Automotive-Grade N-Channel MDmesh DM2 MOSFETs: STMicroelectronics Automotive-Grade N-Channel MDmesh DM2 Power MOSFETs are high-voltage with very low recovery charge (Qrr) and time (trr) combined with low RDS(on). They are suitable for the most demanding high-efficiency converters and ideal for bridge topologies and ZVS phase-shift converters.
