The STMicroelectronics STGB20NC60V, STGF30NC60S, and STGF7NB60SL are 600 V IGBTs with very low on-voltage drop. The STGF7NB60SL PowerMESH™ IGBT is polysilicon gate voltage driven and is designed for use in light dimmer and static relay applications. The STMicroelectronics STGF30NC60S is a fast IGBT with high current capability that is designed for medium frequency motor control applications. The STGB20NC60V is a very fast IGBT with high frequency operation up to 50 kHz. The STMicroelectronics STGB20NC60V IGBT is designed for use in high frequency inverters, UPS / motor drivers, and HF, SMPS, and PFC in both hard switch and resonant topologies.
