I wrote on the test white 5630 went days 40 to the krasnoyarsk territory. Crystal is small, but shine brighter than native ones in still live light bulbs. In one changed only 3 pieces, one led burned on the same day. In the second replaced everything. Work, the bulb is warm does not overheat. White is very pleasant to the light. At this price there can be no pritenzy. On the right replaced, on the left still working light bulb. In the second photo you can see three new, in one big point, in the other small. Conclusion: change all at once.

L6562AT Transition-Mode PFC Controller: STMicroelectronics L6562AT Transition-Mode PFC Controller is a current-mode PFC controller operating in transition mode. Coming with the same pin-out as its predecessors L6561 and L6562, it offers improved performance. The highly linear multiplier includes a special circuit that is able to reduce AC input current distortion. This allows wide-range-mains operation with an extremely low THD, even over a large load range.
