Applications
Description
The Si4114G is a monolithic integrated circuit that performs RF synthesis for
multi-band GSM and GPRS wireless communications applications.
Optimized for use with direct conversion transceivers, the Si4114G includes
two VCOs, loop filter, reference and VCO dividers, and phase detector.
Divider and powerdown settings are programmable through a three-wire
serial interface.
