BD9G101G Simple Step-Down Switching Regulator (42V

ROHM Semiconductor's BD9G101G is a non-synchronous step down switching regulator. An integrated internal high-side 42 V power MOSFET provides up to 500 mA of DC output current in a tiny SOT23-6 (SSOP6) package. In addition to a small package, a fixed 1.5 MHz operating frequency allows the use of small inductors and ceramic capacitors. No external compensation is required and an evaluation kit is also available for testing.
