Due to a better thermal dissipation of multiple anodes compared to single anodes, TCM series capacitors can be loaded to higher continuous current and are more robust against current surges. This series' adjusted design, careful selection of tantalum powder, and aging and screening processes assure high-reliability with a failure rate 1%/1000 hrs at 85°C and full rated voltage.
