ROHM Semiconductor's BD9D320 and BD9D321 are 18 V input synchronous step-down regulators. The built-in low-on-resistance power MOSFETs are capable of providing up to 3 A of output current in an 8-pin HTSOP-J8 package (4.9 mm x 6 mm). The constant on-time design does not require any external compensation and provides a high-speed response. The B9D9321 additional SLLM™ (Simple Light Lode Management) control improves efficiency at light loads.
