Texas Instruments' CSD1757xx family of 30 V, NexFET power MOSFETs are designed to minimize losses in power conversion applications.  They come in either a 3.3 x 3.3 mm, 3 x 3.15 mm, or a 2 x 2 mm SON package offering excellent thermal performance for the size of the package.  Applications include storage, tablets, and handheld devices, and they’re optimized for load switch and control FET applications.
