The SPTA 5 and SPTA 16 spring-cage PCB terminal blocks from Phoenix Contact extend the SPT product range with a bridgeable version with angled wire entry. Both products have an angled connection direction of 30 degrees to the PCB. The simple push-in connection of the SPTA 5 and SPTA 16 supports tool-free conductor connection. Thanks to the zigzag pinning, these high-performance PCB terminal blocks have unlimited 600 V UL approval in Use Group C. The SPTA 5 comes in a 7.5 mm pitch and the SPTA 16 comes in a 10 mm pitch. The SPTA 5 and SPTA 16 push-in PCB terminal blocks were developed mainly for use in the industrial areas of drive technology, energy technology, automotive engineering, and power electronics.
