Kyocera Display has recently introduced a 10.4” XGA TFTs to their standard industrial TFT line up.  With a typical luminance 600 Nits and 1300 Nits this display series is a perfect choice for indoor or outdoor applications. 

The higher brightness option of this display series helps counteract the effects of the sun to allow the user to view what is being displayed even in direct sunlight.  In addition to a high brightness option, both displays offer Advance Wide View (AWV) Technology that provides wide viewing in all directions without color inversion, a contrast ratio of 700:1, an operating and storage temp range of -30°C to 80°C, a viewing cone of ±85 in the horizontal and ±85 in the vertical direction, and an LED driver built in.
