ROHM's BD9E100FJ-LB and BD9E101FJ-LB are synchronous buck switching regulators with built-in power MOSFETs. These are capable of an output current of up to 1 A. They are current mode control DC-DC converters and feature high-speed transient response. Phase compensation can also be set easily.
