Epson's VG-4513 is unique in that it achieves industry-leading phase noise in a very small package and has very good vibration sensitivity.

Using a high-frequency fundamental (HFF) crystal, Epson's VG-4513 achieves phase noise of -105 dBc/Hz at 122.88 MHz and 100 Hz offset. Epson's VG-4513 is recommended by many IC vendors for performance-sensitive RF applications such as base stations and microwave radios.

Epson's VG-4513 operates from a 3.3 V supply, is available with absolute pull range of > ±30, ±50, and ±100 ppm, and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The VG-4513 is in two package sizes. The CA package is 7.0 mm x 5.0 mm x 1.6 mm and the CB package is 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm x 1.3 mm.
