Littelfuse’s SP4022, SP4023, and SP4024 series TVS diode arrays integrate low-capacitance steering diodes with one or two Zener diodes for unidirectional or bidirectional protection from ESD and lightning-induced surge events. These devices can safely absorb up to 7 A (SP4022 series), 12 A (SP4023 series), or 15 A (SP4024 series) per IEC 61000-4-5 (tP = 8/20 μs) without performance degradation and a minimum ±30 kV ESD per IEC 61000-4 2 international standard. Their low-loading capacitance and high-surge capability makes them ideal for protecting telecommunication ports such as xDSL and other high-voltage, high-speed legacy interfaces.
