Mallory’s ZT Series is the first industrial grade indicator to combine a loud warning sound (85 to 95 dB at 2 ft) and an LED light in a small 22 mm panel mount package. Available in 28 V_DC, 28 V_AC/DC and 120 V_AC voltage ranges, customers can pick from four different color options, red, green, yellow, and blue, with many different sound types. In an industry first, Mallory offers you the ability to choose a timing option, which means that when power is applied to the ZT indicator, both the alarm and light will be activated for either 15 or 30 seconds, the audible alarm will then silence, but the LED will continue flashing until power is removed. This option lets the operator continue to address the alarm condition without the distracting audible sound. By combining the audible alarm and LED into the same small 22 mm package, customers will save space, installation time, and cost than if installing two separate devices, and, more importantly, operator and machine safety will be improved by using a dual indication (sound + light) approach.
