TDK has developed the ACT45R type common mode filter for FlexRay systems. The ACT45R series are wire wound and have no polarity. Using TDK’s unique technology, the ACT45R series can achieve DCR < 2 Ω at 125°C by reducing the DC resistance while maintaining a high L-value of 100 μH. This series has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and can be used for vehicle devices requiring compatibility with high temperatures. The ACT45R series is AEC-Q200 certified.
