Silicon Labs' Si86xxxT are a family of multi-channel digital isolators that are based on the proprietary capacitive isolation technology that enables low propagation delay and skew, low emissions, high noise immunity, high reliability, and long lifetime. The Si86xxxT family has products ranging from dual-channel to quad-channel in wide body packages to accommodate the higher isolation rating associated with these products. The high voltage isolation barrier has been enhanced to withstand 10 kV surges safely. All products are pin-to-pin compatible with Silicon Labs' Si86xx products as well as other digital isolator products available today.
