Nidec Copal Electronics' CF-DA series is a sub-miniature switch in which the detection of mechanical movement is required. The unique body design enables the switch to be snap-in mounted into the panel or device. The contact design uses a self-cleaning motion to keep the moving and stationary contacts clean in case contaminants get into the switch housing. The terminals are designed to be used with a connector to make wiring easier. It offers a pretravel of 4.7 mm with a total travel of 7.5 mm.
