Omron introduces their G5Q-EL/EL2 series power relays. This series is the miniature power relay with higher performance compared with G5Q standard type. It features contacts with a long electrical life and a high-capacity resistive switching load rating of 10 A at 250 VAC for 100,000 cycles. This relay also features a high inrush capacity performance with inrush current of 40 A. The G5Q-EL/EL2 series conform to the glow wire requirement of IEC 60335-1 Ed.5 with GWT 750°C minimum (IEC 60695-2-11) / GWFI 850°C minimum (IEC 60695-2-12).
